	LEF WANTS YOU...TO APPLY FOR GRADUATE SCHOOL! Have any of you teachers, staff or paraprofessionals every thought of going for your Masters Degree? Well now is a good a time as any to get started! And just so you know, the Laguna Education Foundation has graduate scholarships available for the Fall 2008 Semester. But you need to fill out an application as the applications for LEF Graduate Scholarships are due May 23, 2008 by 5:00PM. You can download an application HERE, or stop by the office and pick one up. Decisions on scholarships will be made during July. Don’t wait, come fill out an application today!

DOWNLOAD Summer Corp Youth Application	LEF Prepares For Summer Youth Corps The Foundation is gearing up for a great summer as we get ready to launch our Summer Youth Corps Pilot Program for the Pueblo of Laguna. The program is designed to engage youth in community volunteerism and service learning. Youth will have the chance to participate in a number of events throughout the summer. We are accepting applications (click download on the left side) for the program. Youth must be 18 years or older to participate and must be on track to enter college next semester. The applications are due Friday, April 25, 2008. Decisions regarding applicants will be made during the first week of May. We would like to thank the New Mexico Commission on Community Volunteerism for their generous support of this endeavor!

	Fundraiser 2008 Volunteers The Foundation is looking for dedicated individuals who are looking to support our Funraiser 2008 efforts. We need sharp, creative people who want to serve on organizing committees for our annual events, as well as, our year-long campaigns. Although there is no actual compensation, your generosity will be rewared and admired through various gifts and events. Please contact the Executive Director for more information. Thanks!
